Salman Rushdie | 7:30 PM
Salman Rushdie has done it all. He’s written more than fifteen books, including Midnight’s Children, which not only won the Man Booker, but has since won the Booker of Bookers, marking it the best of the Man Booker winners-- you’re welcome if you didn’t know that was a thing. He’s also been knighted by the Queen, had a fatwa on his head, and was in the film Bridget Jones’ Diary. And he’s just getting warmed up. more >>>

Joe Kwaczala is here to make you laugh. One of Comedy Central’s 2017 Up Next Comics to Watch, he’s the host of the long running live show The Wheel Show at Meltdown Comics in LA, and a writer for The Onion News Network and Clickhole. He’s got one job to do, and by gum, he’s doing it. more >>>

As an openly transgender woman running a kids’ show in Hollywood, though, she’s plenty heroic, and that’s not imaginary. more >>>
